Joining the FASAVA

On behalf of the Executive committee of the FASAVA I have great pleasure in inviting your Association to apply for membership of the Federation of Asian Small Animal Veterinary Associations Limited (FASAVA)

All Asian / Pacific Veterinary Associations are welcome to apply to join FASAVA. Please download the application form from the link below.

Your membership application will be considered by the Board / Council of FASAVA and if approved you will be notified. When notified please forward you completed acceptance statement to rogerclarke@pobox.com at the address below.

When your application is accepted, your should arrange transfer of the annual subscription of the equivalent of USD $275 plus 0.15 cents per small animal member of your association / organization. This should be transferred electronically into the account of the FASAVA Ltd. Details will be supplied to you for electronic funds transfer.

After arranging transfer of the appropriate amount into the FASAVA account, please notify either Dr roger Clarke or the FASAVA Treasurer, Dr Veronica Leong of the transfer date by Email at vymleong@gmail.com and rogerclarke@pobox.com . You will then be sent a receipt and certificate of membership.
